Dear Woodinville Neighbors,
We’ve got a lot to celebrate!
Formal acquisition of the north section of the former Wood Trails property by the City of Woodinville!! This protects Ordinance 532 from being challenged again in the future and helps preserve R-1 zoning in the greater Woodinville area.
CNW has turned 10 years old as a Woodinville-based non-profit organization protecting citizens from over-development
We’ve successfully fought “a giant” and won—preserving zoning in the Wellington and Leota neighborhoods and keeping development to one house per acre in order to protect aquifers, wetlands, wildlife and our children!
As citizens, we’ve engaged in the public process and been victorious! That’s huge!
